This is Miroslav’s First Full Release on Arcana Progressive.
The first word that springs to mind with this production is without doubt “warm”. With his very PH-FAT bass line and his (what can be considered as) minimal and intricate percussion. This is what could be considered, from a DJ’s perspective, a crowd pleaser! The track could be used as a transition anywhere from the warm-up to the more trancey or peak time section of a set. The melody is simple, “less is more” is definitely working as a strength in this track.
Dynamics from sub to highs are prominent from the start to finish, and perfect in clarity. In some ways the sounds are almost sequenced in the glitch style with short stabbed vocal sounding samples and cleverly syncopated hats with wooden popping sounds, all adding to the groove of the track.

This is Cramps first remix for Arcana Progressive. Immediately it is apparent that this is a “Cramp” sounding production. Exchanging some of that side-chained pulsing bass line in the original, for a mid end rolling bass line, which offers a different type of fulfilling energy. Moving swiftly onto the next main noticeable difference is the way the track is built, starting with the breakdown, Cramp blends it into the main melody from a softer direction with warm plucks into the “Original” Vrlik lead sounds. Another noticeable alteration is the percussion, which is extremely groovy and uses very obtrusive sounds, utilising forward & reverse samples, implementing his own print on this very omni-directional piece of sound design.
